St. Augustine Leadership Intensive

The Leadership intensive is a one of a kind, in-person event combining three sessions (10 hours) of hands on leadership training with plenty of time to unwind, learn, and play, all directly on the most beautiful beach in Florida.

Your instructor

Rain Byars brings three decades of global experience spanning engineering and project management to the C-suite and boardroom. As the CEO of Byars Energy, Rain leads corporate, investor, and government advisory services.

Rain is also a native of St. Augustine, and spends her leisure time in or on the waters of the Atlantic Ocean and the Intracoastal.

The venue

The luxurious Embassy Suites by Hilton St Augustine Beach Oceanfront Resort will be our home base for this event, complete with on site dining, pool, direct beach access, and top of the line amenities.
