The Leadership intensive is a one of a kind, in-person event combining three sessions (10 hours) of hands on leadership training with plenty of time to unwind, learn, and play, all directly on the most beautiful beach in Florida.
Meet your facilitator
Rain Byars
Rain shares real insights and tools from her own lived experience, from employment with Fortune-50 corporations such as GE and Shell, to founding multiple companies in construction, technology, and energy. Rain’s clients have included many top-tier energy companies, representing over $15 Billion in clean energy projects.
Rain was born and raised in St. Augustine, and is excited to invite you to experience her home town, where her favorite place to be is on or near the waters of the Atlantic Ocean or the Florida Intracoastal.
The venue
The luxurious Embassy Suites by Hilton St Augustine Beach Oceanfront Resort will be our home base for this event, complete with on site dining, pool, direct beach access, and top of the line amenities.
